Terms of service

Kramtage reads messages from public Telegram channels and shows the places they mention as pins on a map. Those channels are owned and run by other people. Their content belongs to them, and we present it as a convenience for finding what is happening in a city. We do not endorse or verify what channels post.

Placement on the map is automatic and derived by AI. It can be wrong, out of date, or missing. A pin can land on the wrong street, and a message can be read in a way its author did not mean.

The map is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for safety decisions. If you are in danger or dealing with an emergency, contact the official emergency services for your area. Always check the original channel and other sources before you act on anything you see here.

Premium opens the full 90-day history and lifts the limits on how many channels and cities you can follow. It also turns off the sponsor card on the map while it is active. Premium is sold for a number of months that you choose and pay for in advance. It takes effect once your payment is confirmed and runs until the end of the period you bought.

If Premium didn't work out, write to support@kramtage.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that payment. Payments made in Telegram Stars are refunded through Telegram's own refund process. Premium does not add platform AI keys; reading still runs on the keys you provide.

The map may show a paid sponsor card from local businesses. It is labelled "Ad" so you can tell it apart from channel content. Premium members can hide it.

Use the service for its intended purpose. Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, do not use it to harass anyone, and do not use it in a way that breaks Telegram's own terms or the law. You are responsible for the Telegram account you connect and for keeping it secure, including turning on two-step verification.

We may remove a channel, a message, or a placement from the service at any time, for example when content is unlawful, when a channel owner asks us to, or when something is being misused. We may also change or discontinue features.

Connecting your Telegram account carries risk. Your session is stored encrypted and decrypted only in memory while you are online, but that protects you against a leaked database, not against a fully compromised server. There is also a small chance Telegram temporarily limits an account for automated reading, though passive reading of chats you already belong to keeps that risk low.

You reduce these risks by turning on Telegram's two-step verification, by ending unfamiliar sessions under Settings then Devices, and by keeping your app password to yourself. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for losses that follow from a compromise, from placements that turn out to be wrong, or from decisions you made based on the map.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update this page, and continued use means you accept the new terms. For any question, contact support@kramtage.com.
